Plaything Extra is reporting that the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has ruled that the labeling requirements will go into effect on August 14th, 2009, as planned. The new labeling requirements include permanent labeling for tracking and lot codes on all childrens' products.

In short: make sure the games you are printing now are in compliance with the new law.
